If I know those two situations, I can help fashion a settlement that's going to be responsive to both sides, especially the interests of the children, because we want to try to serve the best interests of all the parties in the matter.
While we know who our client is, we also feel that it is very important to know what the interests of the opposing spouse is so that we can try to come to an amicable and out of court settlement. But if necessary, we are also able to be aggressive and take the matter to a--to the court hearings and the filings that are necessary to get it done if it's--it that's the route we need to go in a divorce.
