In today's economy, a lot of times clients will come into the office asking if they can do their divorce in an amicable or uncontested fashion. And this is basically where one party will come to an attorney and retain the attorney to do the paperwork and other necessary documents for the couple to get divorced.
When clients are dealing with each other in an amicable manner but yet they still would like to have counsel to represent each of them, we can use a collaborative approach. The collaborative approach is where clients will sit down in a series of meetings and work with their counsel and each other in working out the agreements that are necessary for a divorce.
Sometimes it becomes necessary to take a more formal approach through the court process. At the Law Offices of Ronald L. Hendrix, we can take whatever approach is necessary for your divorce. If it is more of an adversarial, confrontational nature, we are ready to do battle for you if necessary.
